Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 (one) to 7 (seven) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If there any pre-planned reasons we can not process an order within 1 (one) to 7 (seven) days, we will announce planned processing delays on our website and checkout pages, as well as send a reminder email after your confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for all orders shipped to the United States of America. We use the United States Postal Service and UPS to calculate rates and ship all orders within the United States of America.

Shipments are sent from California. Our most economical shipping options from USPS and UPS take an average of 5 (five) days or less to reach their destination once shipped, but time may vary depending on the final domestic shipping location. We do offer expedited shipping options through USPS and UPS so orders arrive faster - you can review these options and their costs during the checkout process.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.

At this time, we do not ship to Russia, Iran, and North Korea.

Shipping rates for your order are as followed and will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines for international shipments will be longer (between 8 (eight) and 21 (twenty-one) days) since expectations vary greatly depending on the destination and local carriers.

If you would like to use calculated rates for international shipping using UPS or DHL, you may do so at check-out.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Recon Cards is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a link to our website where you can check the status and see the tracking number for your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 (seven) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@reconcards.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We use the United States Postal Service to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your P.O. Box is able to receive packages if you choose to ship to a P.O. Box.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@reconcards.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
