Where is my order?
The fastest way to check your order status is through your order confirmation email. It contains a link to your order details page where you can view fulfillment status and tracking information in real time.
Track via your account
If you have a Recon Cards account, you can view all your orders and tracking links by signing in:
- Sign in to your customer account
- Select the order you want to track
- Click the tracking link under Fulfillment
Shipping details
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1 - 3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
